The Heart & Soul Behind Ritualistic Nurtur
Ritualistic Nurtur was born in the quiet, heavy spaces where I had to learn to breathe
again. My journey hasn't been a straight line; it has been a path carved through the
landscapes of grief, depression, and anxiety.

For years, I believed that my "strength" was measured by how much I could do for others.
I became a master at people-pleasing, wearing a mask of perpetual availability until I
realized I had completely lost myself in the process. When the relationships and friendships I worked so hard to sustain eventually faded, I was left standing in the ruins of depression and anxiety, wondering who I actually was without a role to play.
I am intimately aware of the "Survival Tax" paid by being the Pillar. I know the Weathering that occurs when you spend years navigating "Functional Survival," keeping everyone else afloat while your own spirit thins. My mission is to help you put down the armor and build a sanctuary where your vulnerability becomes your greatest strength.

Science, Soul, and Survival
My work is rooted in lived experience. I have walked through the suffocating silence of loss—not just the physical loss of loved ones, but the grieving of my own identity.
-
On April 29, 2009, I experienced my first true loss: my grandmother. She was the woman who instilled my strength and introduced me to the healing power of the earth. She was my "person."
-
In 2022, when I lost my husband, I realized that I had a hollow feeling inside. Despite my clinical background as a Social Worker, I didn't need to be fixed; I needed to nurture myself.
-
I navigated the Fog of Functional Survival for far too long. It was fueled by anger and sadness—at the world, at those who left, and at myself. It was then I realized that resilience isn’t about "toughing it out"—it’s a holistic ritual of returning to yourself. The "Strong Woman" mask finally shattered.
The Dragonfly
If you look at my logo, you’ll see a dragonfly. It is a tribute to my grandmother, the headstrong woman of the old school who first showed me how to garden and dreamed of making soap. To me, the dragonfly represents her legacy and the transformation that happens when we finally put down the weight we weren't meant to carry.

She is the reason I create. Her legacy lives in the botanicals I blend and the rituals I design. Through her symbol, I carry forward the truth that we can move from anger to gratitude, and from "Functional Survival" into the lightness of being in "Active Fulfillment".
My Mission for You
I created Ritualistic Nurtur because I know what it’s like to be the "Pillar" until you crumble. My goal is to guide you through the transition from functional survival to active fulfillment using evidence-informed precision, radical compassion, and collaborative alignment.
We do this work together. I firmly believe that you are the true professional and ultimate expert of your own life. You carry the inner wisdom; I am simply here to assist in guiding, holding space, and navigating the terrain alongside you on your journey.
I am inviting you to stop the performance, put down the armor, and begin again. Through intentional ritual, somatic grounding, and holistic goal-setting, we don't just "self-care"—we reclaim the woman you were always meant to be.
With Gratitude,

About Me
"Your healing is valid, your story is sacred, and your presence is enough."
My Philosophy
The Art of the Return
At Ritualistic Nurtur, I believe that wellbeing is not a trend—it is a return to the self. My work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens in the quiet, intentional spaces between your roles and your responsibilities.

I believe that scent can soften grief, that reflection can illuminate truth, and that a simple ritual can restore a hijacked nervous system.

The Three Pillars of Reclamation
-
Nurturing the Body (The Somatic Anchor): I use the wisdom of nature—botanicals, minerals, and herbs—to ground the physical self. Your skin is the threshold between your inner world and the outer world; it deserves to be sealed with intention, moving you from Weathering back into vitality.
-
Nurturing the Mind (The Reflective Compass): I design tools for deep Awareness, not just productivity. My clinical reflections are structured to move you out of Functional Survival and into a state of Active Fulfillment.
-
Nurturing the Spirit (The Sacred Whole): I honor the interconnectedness of your story. By blending lived experience with clinical insight, I create a sanctuary where your spirit is no longer just "holding on," but is truly held, seen, and supported.
Wellbeing That Listens
I don’t believe in "fixing" you, because you are broken. I believe in unmasking. Wellbeing that listens to your body’s truth, holds space for your story, and transforms your daily routines into Sovereign Rituals.
It’s time to stop the performance and remember the woman who exists beneath the mandate of the Pillar.
