We use other businesses to help us maintain our Ritualistic Rewards Program and our SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program. For example, with our SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program we will only use information you provide us to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Information obtained through the short code program will not be sold or shared with third parties for any reason.

Further, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. 4.1 Shipping Policy: Ritualistic Nurtur can ship to virtually any addresses in the midland United States. There are restrictions on some products depending on the time of the year. For example, we cannot ship Body Butters and Lotion Bars during the summer/warmer months because they will melt. Also, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4.2 Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
