True accountability starts with yourself. It means lowering your shoulders, putting down the heavy armor, and admitting: "I am tired. I cannot hold this narrative up anymore." Letting go is not collapse.

You continue to show up. You continue to produce. You continue to say "Yes." But you are doing so from a place of biological depletion. You are operating on fumes, held together by caffeine, sheer will, and the terrifying fear of what might happen if you finally let go.
