  • Product Information & Safe Usage Guidelines

Bath, Foot & Detox Soaks — Physical Product Guidelines

    • Formulation & Raw Materials: Crafted using traditional methods, raw mineral salts, and whole botanical materials. Because these mixtures feature raw elements, settling may occur during transit. Gently shake or stir the container before use to ensure an even distribution of the ingredients.

    • Traditional Use Instructions: Designed strictly for addition to warm water for traditional immersion, foot bathing, or localized soaking. Dissolve the recommended amount of the salt blend into warm running water before stepping in.

    • Skin Safety Notice: Do not use on open wounds, deep cuts, broken skin, or freshly shaved areas. If skin irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs during or after the soak, discontinue use immediately and rinse the skin thoroughly with clean water.

    • Eye Care: Keep all products away from direct contact with the eyes. In the event of accidental contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water.
    • Temperature Caution: Avoid using excessively hot water for your soaks. Prolonged immersion in hot water can cause overheating or dizziness. Restrict soaking time to a comfortable 15 to 20 minutes.

    • Hydration Advisory: Traditional mineral soaks can draw moisture from the surface of the skin. It is highly recommended to drink a glass of fresh water before and immediately after your soak to maintain proper hydration.

    • Bathroom Surface Warning: Certain formulations contain rich botanical oils or natural colorants. These ingredients can make bathtubs and foot basins slippery. Always exercise caution when stepping into or out of the water to prevent slips or falls and rinse the tub or basin thoroughly after use to remove any remaining residue.

  • Bath Soak Instructions

    1. Prepare Your Bath: Fill the tub with warm water. The temperature should be comfortable, not scalding. Aim for a temperature around 98-100°F (37-38°C).
    2. Add the Bath Soak: For a standard-sized bathtub, add the recommended amount of bath soak as indicated on the product packaging. If using loose herbs or flowers, you can place them in a muslin bag, cheesecloth, or large tea bag to prevent clogging your drain. If your bath soak contains salts, disperse them evenly throughout the water, allowing them to dissolve.
    3. Soak and Relax: Carefully enter the bathtub and immerse yourself in the water. Soak for 15-30 minutes, allowing the ingredients to help you embrace relaxation. Take mindful breaths and focus on relaxing your muscles. You can gently massage your skin to enhance the absorption of the bath soak's benefits.
    4. Post-Soak Care: When finished, carefully exit the bathtub, as the oils or salts may make the surface slippery. Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel. Apply a moisturizer or body oil to lock in the hydration. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate. Clean the tub thoroughly after use to remove any residue.
  • Foot Soak Instructions

    1. Prepare Your Foot Bath: Find a basin or container large enough to comfortably fit both feet. Fill the basin with warm water. The temperature should be comfortable, not too hot
    2. Add the Bath Soak: Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of bath soak to the warm water, depending on the size of your basin. If using loose herbs or flowers, you can place them in a muslin bag, cheesecloth, or small tea bag. Not required. Stir the water to dissolve the salts and disperse the herbs.
    3. Soak Your Feet: Place your feet in the warm water and relax. Soak for 15-20 minutes. Gently massage your feet and ankles to relieve tension. You can use a foot scrub or pumice stone to exfoliate rough areas.
    4. Post-Foot Soak Care: Remove your feet from the water and pat them dry with a towel. Apply a foot cream or moisturizer to hydrate your feet. Consider putting on cotton socks to lock in the moisture. Empty the basin and clean it thoroughly.
