Duration: 30 Minutes This is your bridge out of the "Strong Woman Trap" and into the sanctuary. For the woman who has spent her life being the Pillar, this 30-minute session is a rare space where you no longer have to perform. We move beyond the surface of "busy" to identify the real physical and emotional costs of your Functional Survival. The Goal: To determine if the Groundedness Method™ is the right clinical and ritualistic container for your nervous system and your life's next chapter. The Outcome: You will leave with a clear understanding of your current "Weathering" score—identifying if you are in the Heat, the Fog, or the Deep—and one Somatic Micro-ritual to begin reclaiming your energy immediately. Cancellation Policy
At Ritualistic Nurtur, I believe that presence is a form of care. Because I value both your journey and the intentional space I hold for our work, I ask that we honor our scheduled time with punctuality. Discovery Consults: Your initial 30-minute consultation is a gift of my time and expertise. Rescheduling: Life happens. If you need to cancel, you are welcome to reschedule once at no cost. A Commitment to Reciprocity: If a second cancellation occurs, any future consultation will require a non-refundable booking fee paid upfront. This ensures that the energy remains balanced for everyone in our community.
