Functional Survival is what happens when your 'functions' are perfect but your authenticity is missing. This is why I lead with science: the data is clear that your body cannot sustain a 'survival' pace forever. When you live in high-functioning survival, your cortisol levels stay locked in a cycle that threatens your heart, your sleep, and your spirit.

 

Functioning is not flourishing. It is Weathering—the premature biological aging of the body due to the cumulative weight of chronic stress. Your armor is strong, but your biology is paying the price.
