1. Website Owner and Binding Terms
This website is owned and operated by Ritualistic Nurtur LLC, Ritualistic Nurtur | Coaching & Wellbeing, LLC, Ritualistic Nurtur (hereafter, Ritualistic Nurtur LLC). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services. This website offers visitors holistic wellbeing coaching, somatic rituals, and program (ie. The 12-week guided journey: The Path to Groundedness). By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
3. Key Commercial Terms
When purchasing a service or enrollment in any program, you agree that:

You are responsible for reading the full program listing before making a commitment to buy it.

You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices for our services are provided via email and during the discovery call. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Ritualistic Nurtur, we believe in the integrity of the work. Our refund policy for the program(s) is as follows:

Partial Refund: A partial refund (half of the received payment) may be requested up to two weeks (14 days) after the start date of the program.

No Refunds: After the two-week mark has passed, no refunds will be provided. By continuing the program beyond the first 14 days, you acknowledge your commitment to the full program journey and the financial responsibility thereof.
5. Ownership of Intellectual Property
The Service and all materials therein—including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music—are the exclusive property of Ritualistic Nurtur LLC. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works thereof without express written permission.
6. Right to Suspend or Cancel Account
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ritualistic Nurtur LLC and its affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. Ritualistic Nurtur LLC assumes no liability for (i) errors or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to our secure servers.
8. Professional Disclaimer
As a Clinical Social Worker, the services provided through Ritualistic Nurtur are intended for educational and coaching purposes. This program is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy, medical advice, or clinical diagnosis. Participation in this program does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
9. Right to Change and Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Preference of Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes related hereto shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any and all such claims shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgetown, Kentucky.
