Program Policy Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

 

Please read these Program Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any program, immersive experience, or the 12-week guided journey (The Path to Groundedness) operated by Ritualistic Nurtur LLC (hereafter referred to as "Ritualistic Nurtur").

 

1. Binding Terms and Scope of Service

By accessing our website, purchasing an enrollment, or participating in any program—including but not limited to The Path to Groundedness: A 12-Week Guided Journey—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ritualistic Nurtur provides holistic wellbeing coaching, somatic rituals, educational workshops, and guided personal development journeys. These services are developmental and supportive in nature.

 

2. Eligibility and Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in our programs or receive services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority, right, and capacity to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Enrolling in or receiving services is strictly prohibited where forbidden by any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

3. Commercial Terms and Pricing Agreement

When purchasing an enrollment or securing a seat in a Ritualistic Nurtur program, you agree that:

  • Informed Commitment: You are responsible for reading the full program description, structural expectations, and syllabus before making a financial or personal commitment to purchase.

  • Binding Contract: You enter into a legally binding contract to complete the specified program and its financial obligations when you complete the check-out payment process or sign an agreed-upon payment plan.

  • Pricing Structures: Prices for intensive coaching programs are provided directly via email documentation, written proposals, or during your professional discovery call. Ritualistic Nurtur reserves the right to change program fees or payment plan structures at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

4. Selective Refund, Attendance, and Session Cancellation Policy

At Ritualistic Nurtur, we believe in the integrity, reciprocity, and mutual commitment required for deep somatic and transformation work. Our programmatic policy is strictly enforced as follows:

  • Program Partial Refund Window: A partial refund consisting of exactly half (50%) of the total received program enrollment payment may be requested in writing up to fourteen (14) days from the official start date of the program. After the two-week (14-day) mark has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and you assume full financial responsibility for all remaining balances or payment plan cycles.

  • Session Rescheduling and 24-Hour Notice: To respect the energetic container and scheduling flow of our sessions, Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice via email or our booking portal to cancel or reschedule a scheduled 1-on-1 coaching session.

  • Late Cancellations and Forfeiture: If a Client cancels, requests a reschedule, or misses a scheduled session with less than 24 hours' notice, that session is forfeited and will not be rescheduled, credited, or made up.

  • Tardiness and No-Show Policy: Scheduled sessions will begin promptly at the agreed-upon time. If the Client is late, the session will still end at its original scheduled completion time. The Coach will remain available on the session platform for fifteen (15) minutes past the scheduled start time. If the Client has not arrived after 15 minutes, the session will be deemed a "No-Show" and is completely forfeited.

  • Coach Cancellations: In the rare event that the Coach must cancel or reschedule a session due to an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance, the Coach will provide as much notice as possible and the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time, without penalty to the Client.

  • No Program Extensions: The Path to Groundedness is an intentional, structured 12-week journey. Forfeited sessions due to late cancellations, tardiness, or no-shows do not extend the end date of your 12-week program contract cycle.

 

5. Protection of Intellectual Property

The services, program curriculums, frameworks, Sovereign Scripts, handouts, digital content, and all print or digital materials provided therein—including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, print journals, proprietary coaching methodologies, audio, videos, and photography—are the exclusive intellectual property of Ritualistic Nurtur LLC.

 

You explicitly agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works thereof without the express, prior written permission of Chanel Blue.

 

6. Right to Terminate or Suspend Access

Ritualistic Nurtur reserves the right to permanently or temporarily terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to program coaching sessions, community portals, or digital materials without notice or liability if, in our sole clinical or professional determination, you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in disruptive lateral behavior, or breach any applicable law or regulation.

 

7. Professional Disclaimer & Clinical Distinction

While Chanel Blue is a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the programs offered through Ritualistic Nurtur are strictly educational and coaching-based.  This program is not professional mental health therapy, medical advice, clinical social work, or psychiatric diagnosis.

  • Participation in The Path to Groundedness or adjacent programs does not establish a clinical therapist-client relationship. If clinical needs arise during a program, Ritualistic Nurtur reserves the right to recommend or require a referral to an appropriate local clinical provider.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ritualistic Nurtur LLC, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the program services. Ritualistic Nurtur LLC assumes no liability for (i) errors or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage resulting from your implementation of coaching suggestions or somatic rituals; and (iii) any unauthorized data breach of our secure checkout or platform hosting servers.

 

9. Right to Modify Terms

Ritualistic Nurtur reserves the right to modify, amend, or alter these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued engagement with our program platforms or coaching services following an update constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

10. Choice of Law and Exclusive Dispute Resolution

These Terms, the execution of program contracts, and any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any and all legal claims, mediation, or lawsuits shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgetown, Kentucky, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of said courts.
